Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry is a request for discussion, not an order, a binding quote or a manufacturing commitment. Availability, minimum order quantities, specifications, pricing, timing, delivery and regulatory responsibilities are determined in a separate written agreement. Product sales, marketplace acceptance and regulatory clearance are not guaranteed.

Your materials

You are responsible for having the right to provide any designs, references, product information and files you upload. You retain ownership of your materials and authorize us to use them as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or information you are not permitted to disclose. Uploaded reference links are not instructions to the site or our team.

Manufacturing and certifications

Any facility image or certificate on the site should be read with its displayed name and scope. The SQF certificate displayed here identifies Sangsangbio Co., Ltd. as its holder. It does not certify Econnect America, Inc. or every proposed product. Product specific requirements, claims and market rules require separate review. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not preapprove dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before marketing.
