Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the contact information, company details, product requirements, messages and any files you choose to submit. If you create an account or save a draft, we also process account information and saved project details. Technical request data needed to secure and operate the service may be logged.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and prepare your project, manage your account and submissions, provide the site and protect it from abuse. We may contact you about the project you submitted. We do not sell your inquiry files.

Where it goes

Website and submission data are stored with our hosting provider. Submitted inquiry details are copied to an operations spreadsheet and emailed to our operations inbox. We use providers of website hosting, account authentication, Google Sheets and Microsoft Outlook to provide these services. Project information may be reviewed by personnel involved in evaluating your request, including personnel working in the United States and Korea.

Files and access

File download links in operations messages contain access tokens. Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to open that file, so please do not share these links. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. We use access controls for stored project data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain project and contact details while needed to handle inquiries and business records, subject to applicable requirements. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email sales@ecntusa.com. We will review requests and respond as required by applicable law. You can choose not to submit optional fields or files.

Updates

We may update this policy and post a revised effective date here. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to explain them.
